Group Fitness Classes
I currently have two 60 minute high intensity group fitness classes to choose from.
Total Body Strength Training
Monday, Wednesday and Friday | 4 - 5 pm
This fitness class is all about building total body strength with weights.
This 60 minute, high intensity circuit style workout uses a combination of dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, machines and bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone every muscle you have. The key to having muscle tone is building lean muscle.
Learn professional technique on dozens and dozens of the best exercises and get in fantastic shape at the same time!
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday night from 4 - 5 pm.
Bodyweight ONLY Sculpt and Tone
Tuesday and Thursday | 4 - 5 pm
This fitness class is focused on strengthening and toning the entire body using only bodyweight exercises.
This 60 minute, high intensity workout will blast every muscle fiber with push ups, pull ups, crunches, sit ups, lunges, squats, planks, rows and a lot more!
You think you need weights to get an amazing workout? WRONG. All you need is your bodyweight.
Build your best body and learn the best bodyweight exercises at the same time!
Every Tuesday and Thursday night from 4 - 5 pm.
How to Get Started
To get started you just need to Buy a Class Pass and book your first class. Your first class will be FREE.
If it’s your first class, please come in 15 minutes early to fill out your paperwork before starting.
The pass you purchase here will be provided to you at your first class.
Prices and 30 Day Class Passes
Please buy the 30 Day Class Pass that works best for your schedule.
You can use your Pass to attend any class, any day of the week.
*NOTE* Your Class Pass EXPIRES in 30 days so make sure to use all your sessions within 30 days!
How it Works - If you buy the 8 Class Pass, you can attend 8 Classes before you need to buy another pass. If you want to attend class twice a week, then the 8 Class Pass is a good choice. If you want to attend 3 times per week, the 12 Class Pass would be your best choice. If you want to attend more than three times a week, choose the 20 Class Pass.
There are 3 Class Passes to choose from.

12 Class Pass | 12 Classes | $120 - Ideal if you want to attend class three times per week. (Click HERE to Buy the 12 Class Pass)

Once you buy your Class Pass you can come in for your first class!
If it’s your first time at Logan Personal Training Studio, your first class will be FREE.
Choose the class you want to attend, buy your 30 Day Class Pass, schedule your first class, and please try to come in 15 minutes early to fill out your paperwork.
You will receive the Class Pass that you paid for here when you come in for your first class.
Don’t worry! Your 30 day expiration doesn’t start until you take your first class.

REMEMBER that Total Body Strength Training is on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (4 - 5pm) and Bodyweight ONLY Sculpt and Tone is on Tuesday and Thursday (4 - 5pm) so make sure to book your class on the right day for the class you want!!
